Avimanicz Flat Color Commissions

Terms of Service:

  1. Do not use any of my artwork for AI or NFT related purposes, no exceptions.
  2. All artwork is in my toony/sticker style. I do not replicate other styles.
  3. Please provide as much or as little details/information so I can create something to your liking.
  4. Do not alter, trace or claim any of my artworks as your own.
  5. Please do not remove my signature/credits on any artworks.
  6. All artworks are for personal use only. You may share, use and print my artworks as you please, I only ask for credit.
  7. You may not profit off of my artworks unless a commercial use fee has been discussed and paid.
  8. I have the right to turn down/refund any commission I can’t complete or don’t feel comfortable with.
  9. I may post/use your artwork as examples for future commissions. Please let me know if you would like your commission to remain private.
  10. Please keep in mind that I have a full time job and I will not always be able to get back to you immediately. I will contact you as soon as I can. I tend to update frequently, though.
  11. Turnaround Time: Up to 2 Weeks, likely less, depending on complexity. You may ask for a more accurate time estimate and I will let you know if anything changes between work and my queue.
  12. Revisions: If needed, 2 sketch redraws are allowed per commission, you may choose one for your piece. Minor revisions can be done during the sketch, after lineart and color. While I am willing to fix mistakes I am not willing to redo a whole piece past the sketch phase.
  13. Refund Policy: You can receive a full refund if I haven’t started on your artwork. If I cannot complete an artwork you will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Partial refunds can be issued if I am not past the sketch phase. No refunds after I begin lining and coloring an artwork or after an artwork is finished.
  14. Chargebacks: If you change your mind or are in need of a refund please contact me before initiating a chargeback. I keep track of finished commissions via screenshots. Do not attempt a chargeback for a completed artwork, this will result in being blocked and blacklisted from all future commissions.
